 Roasted Carrot Recipe

Ingredients:

1. 1 pound carrots, peeled and cut into even-sized pieces

2. 2 tablespoons olive oil

3. 1 teaspoon honey

4. 1 teaspoon ground cumin

5. Salt and pepper, to taste

6. Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Carrots:

Peel and cut the carrots into even-sized pieces.

Make the Roasting Mixture:

In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, honey, cumin, salt, and pepper.

Coat the Carrots:

Add the carrots to the mixing bowl and toss until the carrots are evenly coated in the mixture.

Roast the Carrots:

Arrange the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Roast the carrots in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are tender and caramelized, flipping them once halfway through the cooking time.

Remove the carrots from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
