4.  1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
5.  1 cup granulated sugar
6.  2 large eggs
7.  1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8.  1 cup whole milk
9.  2 cups fresh blueberries
10. 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.
In a medium bowl, whisk together 2 cups of flour, baking powder, and salt.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk and beginning and ending with the dry ingredients.
Toss the blueberries with 1 tablespoon of flour to help prevent them from sinking to the bottom of the muffins. Fold the blueberries into the batter.
Fill the muffin cups about 2/3 full with the batter. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
