stir fry broccoli recipe


 

Ingredients:

  • 1 head of broccoli, chopped into florets
  • 1 head of cauliflower, chopped into florets
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 lemon, sliced into wedges

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the chopped broccoli and cauliflower with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the seasoned vegetables onto a baking sheet, making sure they are evenly spread.
  4. Roast for 25-30 minutes or until the vegetables are tender and slightly browned.
  5. Squeeze lemon wedges over the roasted vegetables before serving. Enjoy!
