Chicken Korma Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs boneless chicken, cut into pieces
 - 1 onion, finely chopped
 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 inch ginger, grated
 - 2 tablespoons ghee or oil
 - 2 tablespoons cashews
 - 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
 - 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
 - 1 teaspoon garam masala
 - 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
 - 1 teaspoon paprika
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - 1 cup tomato puree
 - 1 cup heavy cream
 - 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
 
Instructions:
- Heat the ghee or oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
 - Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
 - Add the minced garlic and grated ginger and continue to sauté for another minute.
 - In a separate pan, roast the cumin and coriander seeds until fragrant.
 - Add the roasted seeds, garam masala, turmeric powder, paprika, and salt to the saucepan with the onion mixture and stir to combine.
 - Add the chicken pieces to the saucepan and cook until they are browned on all sides.
 - Add the tomato puree and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
 - In a separate pan, grind the cashews into a fine powder.
 - Add the ground cashews to the saucepan with the chicken mixture and stir to combine.
 - Stir in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a simmer.
 - Reduce the heat to low, cover the saucepan, and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
 - Serve hot and garnish with fresh cilantro. Enjoy!
