 Homemade pasta recipe with cooking instructions:

Ingredients:

1. 2 cups of all-purpose flour

2. 3 large eggs

3. 1/2 teaspoon of salt

Instructions:

1. In a large mixing bowl, add the flour and salt. Mix well.

2. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and crack the eggs into it.

3. Using a fork, beat the eggs and start to incorporate the flour, a little at a time. Continue mixing until a dough forms.

4. Knead the dough for about 8-10 minutes or until it becomes smooth and elastic.

5. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes at room temperature.

6. After 30 minutes, divide the dough into four equal parts.

7. Roll each piece of dough through a pasta machine, starting at the widest setting and working your way down to the thinnest setting. If you don't have a pasta machine, you can also roll the dough out by hand with a rolling pin until it's thin.

8. Cut the rolled-out dough into your desired pasta shape. You can make fettuccine, spaghetti, or any other pasta shape you like.

9. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta for 2-3 minutes or until it's cooked to your desired level of firmness. Fresh pasta cooks much faster than dried pasta, so be sure to keep an eye on it.

Drain the pasta and serve with your favorite sauce.
