 A simple recipe for smashed potatoes:

Ingredients:

1. 1 pound baby potatoes

2. 2 tablespoons olive oil

3. Salt and pepper to taste

4. 2 cloves garlic, minced

5. 2 tablespoons butter

6. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C).

2. Wash and scrub the potatoes to remove any dirt. Leave the skin on the potatoes.

3. Place the potatoes in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil over high heat and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork-tender.

4. While the potatoes are cooking, mix the olive oil, salt, pepper, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
