 Grilled Mahi Mahi Recipe with Mango Salsa:

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Temperature: 400°F

Ingredients:

1. 4 mahi mahi fillets (6 ounces each)

2. Salt and pepper, to taste

3. 1 tablespoon olive oil

4. 2 mangoes, peeled and diced

5. 1/2 red onion, diced

6. 1 red bell pepper, diced

7. 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped

8. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

9. 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice

Instructions:

1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat (around 400°F).

2. Season the mahi mahi fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.

3. Drizzle the olive oil over the fillets and rub it in to coat.

4. Place the mahi mahi on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until it is opaque and cooked through.

5. While the mahi mahi is cooking, prepare the mango salsa. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced mangoes, red onion, red bell pepper, jalapeño pepper, cilantro, and lime juice. Stir to combine.

6. Season the mango salsa with salt and pepper, to taste.

7. Once the mahi mahi is cooked, remove it from the grill and transfer it to a serving platter.

8. Spoon the mango salsa over the top of the grilled mahi mahi fillets.

Serve immediately and enjoy!

Note: The cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the mahi mahi fillets. You can also bake the mahi mahi in the oven at 400°F for 15-20 minutes if you don't have a grill.
