Churro Recipe:

 Ingredients:

1. 1 cup water

2. 1/2 cup unsalted butter

3. 1 tbsp granulated sugar

4. 1/4 tsp salt

5. 1 cup all-purpose flour

6. 3 large eggs

7. Vegetable oil for frying

8. 1/2 cup granulated sugar

9. 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions:

1. In a medium saucepan, combine water, butter, sugar, and salt. Cook over medium heat until the butter has melted and the mixture comes to a boil.

2. Reduce the heat to low and add the flour. Stir vigorously until the mixture forms a ball and pulls away from the sides of the pan. Remove from heat.

3. Add the eggs, one at a time, stirring well after each addition. The mixture should be smooth and shiny.

4. Fill a large pot with about 2 inches of vegetable oil and heat over medium-high heat until it reaches 375°F.

5. While the oil is heating up, mix together 1/2 cup of granulated sugar and 1 tsp of ground cinnamon in a shallow bowl.

6. Transfer the churro dough to a piping bag fitted with a large star tip.

7. Once the oil is hot enough, pipe the dough into the hot oil, using a pair of scissors to cut each churro to the desired length. Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.

8. Use a slotted spoon to remove the churros from the oil and transfer them to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

9. Roll the churros in the cinnamon sugar mixture while they are still warm.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
